URGENT NEED! Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -
Tacoma, WA 23/24 School Year
Contract:

- Elementary caseload
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care and support to students with tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube needs.
- Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, hygiene, and mobility.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document and maintain accurate records of nursing interventions, assessments, and student progress.
Requirements:
- Associate s degree in Nursing
- Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Washington
- Prior experience working in school-based environment.
- CPR and BLS certification.
