URGENTLY Hiring: K-2 Paraprofessional Needed!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Paraprofessional to support students with moderate to severe disabilities in our elementary school. This role is crucial in providing individualized attention and care to our special needs students in grades K-2.

Location: Burlington, MA (Elementary School)
Duration: Immediate Start - June 20, 2025

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students with moderate to severe disabilities in classroom activities
• Support non-verbal or minimally verbal students in communication and participation
• Provide personal care assistance, including bathroom support and diaper changes
• Aid in potty training efforts
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individualized education plans • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

Qualifications:
• Experience working with children with special needs (preferred) 
• Physical ability to assist students with mobility and personal care needs
• High school diploma required; relevant college coursework or degree a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
