URGENTLY HIRING | PARAPROFESSIONAL NEEDED IN BURLINGTON, MA | SEVERE NEEDS STUDENTS

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support K-2 students with moderate to severe disabilities. This is an onsite position at an elementary school in Burlington, MA, running ASAP through June 20, 2025. This role requires hands-on support for students with diverse needs, including those who are non-verbal, require significant classroom participation assistance, and need help with personal care such as diapering and potty training.
Position Details:

• Location: Burlington, MA
• Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite Only
• Dates: ASAP – June 20, 2025
• Pay Range: $24 - $30/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students during classroom activities.
• Assist with personal care tasks, including potty training and diaper changes.
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet each student's unique needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Foster communication and engagement for students who are non-verbal or have limited verbal skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities required.
• Ability to assist with personal care tasks.
• Strong teamwork, patience, and adaptability skills.
