We are actively hiring two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for exciting opportunities in Bedford, NH! Interviews are being scheduled quickly, so don’t miss your chance to join a fantastic district and team.
About the Position:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 2025
• Schedule: Full-time (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM based on assignment)
• Hourly Rate: $25 - $35/hour, based on experience
• Caseload: Based on interviews, placement could include NECC Partner Program (K-12) or 2:1 support for a 20-year-old student with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior support plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide consistent data collection and progress monitoring.
• Participate in community-based activities and assist with transportation needs.
• Flexibly transition between grade levels/buildings as required.

Requirements:

• Must have an active RBT certification.
• Current training in safety care, CALM, CPI, or nonviolent physical crisis intervention (additional onsite training provided).
• Experience working with students with developmental disabilities is preferred.
