Position: Full-Time School Social Worker
Start/End Dates: ASAP – June 13, 2025
Location: Santa Maria, CA (for the 2024–2025 academic year)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Santa Maria, CA. In this role, you will assist with care coordination and help families navigate both school-based and community-based behavioral health services. You will also support LPTs with crisis management and participate in providing direct behavioral health services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care coordination and behavioral health support to students and families
• Assist with crisis management in collaboration with LPTs
• Offer direct behavioral health services as needed
• Additional duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• California School Social Worker License required
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
