Job Details:

• Location: Gardner, KS 
• Dates: ASAP - 5/28/2025
• Location: Gardner, KS 
• Dates: ASAP - 5/28/2025
• Part Time- Full days on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:45 - 3PM 
• Caseload: 1:1 position with a student that has the following diagnoses.
• Rhett Syndrome
• Epilepsy - Has a Seizure Action Plan on file as well as a Pulmonary Action Plan
• Congenital Hypertonia
• Gastrostomy Tube
• Appendicostomy 
• The nurse will need to administer & monitor all hydration, Tube feedings / Blends, Oral blends and Medications. 
• The nurse will not need to ride the bus as transportation is being provided by the parents. 

Required:

• BSN Degree (no exceptions)
• Must be CPR and BLS certified
• School experience preferred
