Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist for Schools - School Psychologist

We are actively seeking a Virtual School Psychologist who is enthusiastic about leading the way in teletherapy services. As a key member of the Vocovision team, you will collaborate with students and families to assess and address emotional, social, and academic challenges in a virtual setting. This role provides the unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of students from different backgrounds, cultures, and abilities, assisting them in building the skills and strategies needed for success in both school and life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual psychological evaluations to identify and diagnose emotional, behavioral, and learning disorders
• Provide virtual counseling and therapy to students experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans
• Facilitate virtual social skills groups and other programs to help students build emotional intelligence and resilience
• Communicate effectively with parents and families to provide support and guidance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in virtual school psychology

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Active California License as a School Psychologist (and residential state license, if applicable)
• Professional liability insurance (may be obtained upon job offer)
• Experience working with students in a virtual setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
