Virtual SLP Position Available for Current School Year

Blazerworks is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the remainder of the current school year, with the possibility of renewal for the next academic year. As a remote Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language therapy services to students in the partnered school district in Crawfordsville, IN, utilizing virtual communication technology.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to determine students' communication abilities and impairments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders
• Provide virtual therapy sessions to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure students receive the support they need
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and therapy plans
• Attend IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other meetings as necessary

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana
• Experience working with school-aged children with speech and language disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with using technology for virtual therapy sessions
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of students
