Virtual Speech Language Pathologist SLP

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide personalized speech and language therapy through virtual sessions. This role involves working 1:1 with a student who is attending school virtually, delivering tailored support to enhance their educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual 1:1 therapy sessions, focusing on the student’s specific speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support the student’s goals.
• Monitor and assess progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy strategies for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with the student’s educators and family to ensure a coordinated approach to the student’s development.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Valid SLP license in the state of California.
• Experience working with students in a virtual or online setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively through virtual platforms.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality, personalized support in a remote environment.
