We are urgently hiring a Bilingual Social Worker ("SW") to support students in Washington Borough, NJ. This onsite, full-time contract position offers a competitive pay rate and excellent benefits.
Key Details:

• Start Date/End Date: ASAP – 03/30/2025
• Hours per Week: 32.5
• Caseload: Providing bilingual social work services to a diverse student population.
• Pay Rate: $35–$42/hour (based on experience)
• Requirements:
  • Active NJ Social Worker Licensure (non-negotiable)
  • Bilingual proficiency required
  • Knowledge of New Jersey state educational guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student well-being.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed.
