Work From Home! Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed | Michigan License Required

Requirements:

• Must have an active SLP Michigan License
  • Must have an active SLP License in state of residency, if applicable
• Must have Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Previous experience preferred, but not required
• Must have ASHA-CCCs

Position Details:

• Current School Year
• Full-Time: up to 40 hours per week
• Caseload: K - 12th grade students, specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
• Pay Range: $35 - $50 per hour, depending on previous experience

General Responsibilities: 

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, setting appropriate goals and objectives for each student.
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to integrate speech therapy with educational objectives.
• Consult and communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and strategies for reinforcement at home.
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, contributing expert knowledge and recommendations for speech therapy services.
