Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full Time

Blazerworks, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Yuma, AZ. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to their academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with communication disorders, speech impairments, and language delays.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment strategies as required.
• Provide ongoing support, counseling, and guidance to students, families, and staff.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Arizona State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered.
• Experience working with school-aged children is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
