Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time hours
• Includes bus riding responsibilities as part of the daily routine

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active LNA license required
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Nurse Assistant credentials preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with 5th-grade students or similar age group
• Proven ability to support students with complex medical or physical needs, ideally in a 2:1 staff-to-student ratio
• Flexibility and willingness to accompany students on school bus transportation as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with educators, school staff, and families
• Commitment to maintaining student privacy and upholding the highest standards of care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical and personal care to elementary students throughout the school day
• Collaborate with special education staff and nurses to ensure coordinated support
• Assist with mobility, medication administration, and specialized health routines
• Supervise and support students during bus transportation, ensuring safety and comfort
• Document health services provided and communicate observations to the care team
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
