School Registered Nurse (RN) in Bothell, WA

Nurses will provide essential care, including 1:1 support for students with ventilator and tracheostomy needs. Some roles may include general health room responsibilities.

Schedule/Hours:

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred (RN School Nursing)
• Comfort and skill with pediatric populations, including children with special healthcare needs
• Ability to provide 1:1 care for students requiring vent/trach management
• Collaborative attitude and readiness to work alongside school staff, students, and families
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and organization skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized healthcare to students, ensuring safety and well-being
• Monitor, assess, and support students with chronic health needs, including those requiring ventilator/tracheostomy care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school and nursing standards
• Serve as a healthcare resource and liaison among students, families, and school personnel
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEPs as required, and offer emergency care when needed
