Key Responsibilities:
- Assist: Help teachers with classroom activities and management
- Support: Provide individualized support to students with special needs
- Monitor: Track student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Encourage: Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere in the classroom
- Personal Assistance: Help students with personal needs like toileting, diapering, and wheelchair assistance
