BlazerJobs is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional for a K–12 school in Chicago, Illinois, for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, onsite position requires prior school-based experience working with students with disabilities.

Position Details:

  • Location: Chicago, IL

  • Dates: August 2025 – June 2026

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 35–37.5 hours/week

  • Caseload: K–12 students with diverse special education needs

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Requirements:

  • Prior school-based experience with special education students

  • Ability to assist in classroom instruction and support behavioral management

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred
