About the Role:
As a paraprofessional, you will work closely with classroom teachers and special education staff to assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute directly to student growth and success.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with classroom instruction, supervision, and daily activities

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support for students who need extra help

  • Help implement individualized education or behavior plans

  • Encourage and support student independence and engagement

  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a safe, inclusive classroom
     

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college or education coursework preferred)

  • Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is a plus

  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well with students of all abilities and backgrounds
