We’re urgently hiring a dedicated Paraprofessional for a contracted, full-time position in the Lafayette area. Job Details:

• Schedule: Full-Time

• Type: Contract for the 2025–2026 school year

• Location: Onsite in Lafayette, GA

• Caseload: Will be discussed during interview

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lesson plans and classroom instruction

• Provide individualized or small group academic support to students

• Monitor and encourage positive behavior using classroom management strategies

• Serve as a communication bridge between students, teachers, and parents

• Support the classroom by preparing materials and helping with student records and organization

Qualifications:

• Valid Paraeducator License issued by the Georgia Department of Education

• Prior classroom or school-based experience is a plus

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
