Position Overview:
We are hiring dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students and teachers in a K–12 school setting for the 2025–2026 academic year in New Orleans, LA. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about education and committed to supporting students’ academic, behavioral, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in general education and special education classrooms
• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Support students with assignments, transitions, and classroom routines
• Supervise students during instructional and non-instructional times
• Assist with behavior management and provide one-on-one support as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff to promote student success
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework or associate’s degree (preferred)
• Experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, dependable, and flexible
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team

• Full-time or part-time positions available
• 2025–2026 school year
• Hourly pay: $17–$19 based on experience
