Paraprofessional for K-12 School District
Blazer Jobs is looking for an energetic Paraprofessional to support students in a school district in North Kansas City, Missouri.
Position Details:
- Caseload: Working with students of various ages and needs
- Credentials Required:
- Active Substitute or Paraprofessional Certification on DESE (Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) – This is a state requirement
- At least one year of experience working with children
- Ability to physically keep up with active students
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and student engagement
- Provide behavioral and instructional support to students
- Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, hallways, and playgrounds
- Help implement IEP goals and behavioral plans
