Paraprofessional (PARA) / Teacher Assistant (TA) | Phoenix, AZ | Weekly Pay & Benefits!

We are partnering with a school in the Phoenix, Arizona to find a full-time, onsite, Paraprofessional (PARA)/Teacher Aide (TA)  for the current school year. We are looking for a hard-working candidate interested in helping K - 12th grade Special Needs students.

About the Position:

• Full-time, up to 40 hours a week
• Current School Year
• Pay Range: $15 - $25 per hour, depending on previous experience
• Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, learning challenges, or English language learners.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement lesson plans, instructional activities, and behavior management strategies.
• Support positive behavior and social-emotional development by implementing behavior management techniques and strategies under the guidance of teachers and behavioral specialists.

About You:

• Spanish Speaking Preferred
• Knowing ASL is a BONUS
• Must have an valid AZ Fingerprint Card
• GED, High School Diploma, or Paraprofessional certification required
• Previous Pediatric Experience required
