Job Description:

We are seeking Paraprofessionals to join our team in Ridgecrest, CA. We have multiple full-time positions available to work in 1:1 settings or general education classrooms with students on mild to moderate or moderate to severe caseloads. If you have experience working in school settings and want to make a difference in students' lives, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support or work in general education classrooms, assisting with academic tasks and behavior management.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure the student's individual needs are met.
• Support students with mild to severe disabilities in their daily classroom activities.
• Assist with any personal tasks as needed and ensure a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt to each student’s educational plan and support their progress.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and school staff.
• Passion for supporting students’ educational and personal growth.
