Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Wickenburg, Arizona, to fill a 1:1 Para/ABA/RBT role for the 2025–2026 school year. This role provides meaningful support to a high school student with hearing impairment, cognitive disabilities, and behavioral needs.

Position Details:

• Work 1:1 with a high school student

• Support includes behavioral intervention and academic assistance

• Student is hearing-impaired – ASL knowledge is required

• Caseload includes behavior management and communication support

• Collaboration with educational teams and therapy providers

• Monday–Friday schedule (30–35 hours per week)

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have ASL proficiency

• RBT certification or Para certification preferred

• If not certified, 60+ college credits required

• Experience managing behaviors in a school or clinical setting

• Must hold a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

• School-based experience strongly preferred
