Step into a meaningful and vital role supporting students hearing health in a dynamic educational environment! A seasoned Audiologist is needed to provide expert care for students from Pre-K through 12th grade, based primarily at a central hub and serving a cluster of schools. The assignment is on-site and runs from ASAP through the end of May 2027, with a flexible schedule spanning 1520 hours per week over two to three days. Most sessions occur at a designated main academy, though occasional visits to individual campuses across the district are required.

Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Audiology
• Active state license to practice audiology and to fit/repair hearing aids
• ASHA certification (state waiver available for ASHA cert holders)
• At least five years of experience in school-based settings or the equivalent
• Successful completion of the appropriate professional exam
• Must pass all fingerprinting and background checks

Role Overview:

• Conduct screenings, diagnostic testing, and routine troubleshooting for students, primarily on-site at the main academy
• Travel, as needed, to additional district campuses to ensure comprehensive student coverage
• Coordinate with support staff and itinerant educators to maintain seamless care delivery
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students districtwide, focusing on direct audiological assessments and interventions
• Collaborate with staff to develop and implement individualized support plans for students with hearing-related needs
