Details:

• Location: Andover, MA

• Full Time: 35–40 hours per week

• Caseload: Elementary and secondary students requiring behavioral support; district will provide additional details during the interview to ensure the best fit based on experience.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

• Active BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Ability to provide supervision for RBTs and BCaBAs

• Strong knowledge of FBAs, BIPs, and school-based behavioral interventions

• Previous school-based experience preferred
