BlazerWorks is working with schools in Andover, MN to bring on a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the upcoming school year. As a trusted MSP, we ensure that each professional we place receives comprehensive support throughout their assignment.

Job Details:

• Hours: 37.5 per week (Full-Time)

• Start Date: September 2, 2025

• End Date: June 5, 2026

• Student Population: Middle and High School

• Duties: Implement and write FBAs, BIPs, conduct assessments, RBT oversight

• Work Setting: Onsite only

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis or similar field

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials

• Must clear background and drug screenings
