Your role will include working as part of a team with another BIS and a Special Education Administrator. If youre a licensed BCBA, Special Education Teacher, or School Social Worker ready to support multiple schools, your expertise is needed.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA, Special Education Teacher (Tier 3 or 4 MN license required), or School Social Worker
  • Experience consulting and implementing positive behavioral interventions in school settings
  • Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and training for staff
  • Flexibility to support 2-3 school sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized positive behavior supports
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on proactive student programming
  • Collect and analyze data for informed behavioral decision-making
  • Train staff in best practices for behavioral supports and de-escalation
