Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Full-Time | Alaska Schools

BlazerJobs is actively seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school district in southeast Alaska for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a fully onsite position working with K–12 students in a collaborative and student-centered educational setting.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours per week

• Dates: August 11, 2025 – May 20, 2026

• Caseload: K–12 students

• Setting: Onsite only – no remote or VOCO options

• Pay Rate: $40–$47/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

• Supervise RBTs and collaborate with special education staff

• Provide training and consultation to school teams

• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed

Requirements:

• Active BCBA license/certification in Alaska, or willingness to obtain prior to the start date

• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral settings preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
