We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an on-site position in Bennington, Vermont for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time opportunity involves working with elementary-aged students who require behavioral support due to trauma and autism-related challenges.

Caseload: Elementary school population with trauma and autism

Required: Active National BCBA Certification

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Hourly Rate: $54+/hour
