Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree and active BCBA certification required
  • Demonstrated experience with children and youth, especially those with disabilities and autism spectrum disorders
  • Strong background in functional behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data-driven decision-making
  • Previous BCBA-level experience in a school setting highly valued
  • Skilled in supervising staff or contractors, offering mentorship and feedback
  • Capable of collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, school professionals, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students across grades K-12
  • Design and implement effective, individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and provide guidance to a designated onsite contractor
  • Monitor student progress, prepare reports, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Coach and consult with classroom teachers, aides, and other staff to ensure best practices in behavioral support
  • Engage in staff training and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
