Qualifications:

• Master's Degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Experience supporting children and those with disabilities (required)
• Preferred background working with autism and previous BCBA experience
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff or contractors
• Must be available to work onsite, Monday through Friday, for 37.5 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral analysis services for K-12 students
• Supervise and support another contractor in the district
• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and family members to enhance student outcomes
• Maintain documentation and provide progress updates
