Qualifications:

  • Active and valid BCBA credential or working toward national certification, or
  • Current special education teaching license, school social worker license, or school psychologist license issued by the Professional Education Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB)
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments in educational settings strongly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of behavioral analysis principles and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and families

Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive behavioral assessments for students requiring additional support
  • Interpret assessment results and provide clear, actionable behavioral recommendations
  • Consult with school staff, families, and community providers to implement effective interventions
  • Document evaluation findings and service recommendations accurately and timely
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic student support
