Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification and Maryland BCBA license (required)
  • Prior experience delivering behavioral services in schools or educational environments
  • Proven ability to manage and support K-12 student caseloads
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with educational teams, parents, and students
  • Ability to adapt interventions based on student needs and data-driven insights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data to inform practice
  • Train, coach, and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in evidence-based behavioral strategies
  • Collaborate as a crucial member of multidisciplinary teams to advance student progress
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to ensure compliance with education and regulatory guidelines
