This is a full-time contract opportunity near Cambridge, MA, working across both self-contained and inclusion settings. This position begins as a short-term contract, with the possibility to extend further based on internal district hiring needs. With a 35-hour work week, youll provide crucial behavioral and consultative support to diverse student populations at designated elementary and middle school sites. Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA licensure/certification valid in Massachusetts
  • Demonstrated school-based experience required
  • Comfortable supporting both elementary and middle school caseloads
  • Familiarity consulting and collaborating in both substantially separate and inclusion classroom settings
  • Able to work onsite and commit to a full-time, 35-hour schedule
  • Must successfully complete both CORI and fingerprinting; CORI processing is required in person at the districts main office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ongoing support, consultation, and collaboration for students with varying needs per IEP directives
  • Partner with teachers and school teams to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to foster student growth and success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all state and federal guidelines
