Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and eligibility to practice in Illinois

• Expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and designing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

• Must comply with Illinois State Board of Education background check standards

Position Details:

• Location: Public school districts across Illinois – placement customized to your preferences

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday during school hours

• Employment Type: W-2 contract for the 2025–2026 academic year

• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, paid weekly via direct deposit

• Renewal Potential: Strong possibility of contract renewal based on performance and district requirements
