Step into an impactful role dedicated to supporting students with autism as a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and Autism Specialist in a vibrant educational setting. This full-time, onsite position spans four school sites for the 20262027 academic year, providing behavior consultation, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and offering hands-on classroom coaching to teachers and paraprofessionals. Youll be instrumental in fostering positive change for both students and staff, working closely with multidisciplinary teams in an empowering educational environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification (must provide screenshot with application)
  • School-based BCBA/autism specialist experience is highly preferred
  • Skilled in completing FBAs and developing BIPs
  • Strong background in coaching educators and paraprofessionals on behavior support strategies
  • Experience supporting autism classrooms and engaging in collaborative team approaches
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and comprehensive background check
  • Reliable transportation required for travel between multiple school sites
  • Strong punctuality and communication skills; must notify both the school and recruiter in case of absence

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver school-based behavioral consultation and coaching
  • Conduct thorough FBAs and develop/monitor individualized BIPs
  • Collaborate with school staff on best practices and interventions for students with autism
  • Support teachers and paraprofessionals through mentoring and strategy development
  • Ensure high standards of student support and maintain accurate documentation
