What you bring:

  • Valid and current BCBA licensure
  • Experience supporting students with intensive behavioral, social, or emotional needs
  • Familiarity with school-based services or similar educational settings
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and data documentation skills
  • Ability to lead, model, and coach intervention strategies for staff and support personnel
  • Flexibility for occasional after-school meetings as required

What youll do:

  • Serve as the BCBA for the Pyramid Program, delivering behavioral and therapeutic support services
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Work closely with educators, related service providers, and families to foster student success
  • Provide ongoing staff training and consultation to support best practices
  • Participate in IEP meetings, data reviews, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support integrated programming within a general education setting
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare progress reports as needed

This is a full-time, 40-hour contract position (7:45 am3:15 pm, with some after-school meetings) through the end of February. The role is based in a middle school setting with the dedicated Pyramid Program, where youll make a direct impact on students day-to-day experience and long-term outcomes.
