Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Dallas, TX

Step into a pivotal role supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a dynamic school setting near Dallas, TX. Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid TX BCBA license required
• Preferably 1+ year of prior experience in a school-based environment
• Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) for both general and special education populations
• Expertise in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Demonstrated ability to provide training for staff and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Candidates must complete fingerprint clearance through the Texas Education Agency unless previously completed for another public school district; allow up to 7 days for processing

What Youll Do:

• Write FBAs and create tailored interventions for students, addressing significant disproportionality within the district
• Deliver targeted training to educational staff to ensure effective behavioral supports across school sites
• Provide direct supervision to RBTs, guiding clinical staff in implementing behavioral programs
• Collaborate closely with school administrators, teachers, and multi-disciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
• Adapt and respond to the evolving needs of various campuses as required throughout the school year
