Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Dorchester, Massachusetts

An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide meaningful support for elementary and middle school students. This contract role spans 35 hours per week with immediate start and the possibility for contract extension through June 15, 2027, should the position not be filled internally. As the BCBA supporting students at both the elementary and middle school level, youll have the chance to make a daily impact within supportive educational environments.

As a valued member of the team, your role will focus on collaboration, consultation, and direct support to educators and students in both substantially separate and inclusion settings according to individualized education program (IEP) service delivery requirements. Your expertise will guide strategies, interventions, and supports in dynamic school communities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification and an active license/certification in Massachusetts
• Credentialed candidates strongly preferred
• Recent school-based experience is required
• Ability to work onsite across designated school sites
• Completion of CORI background check and fingerprinting (CORI to be completed in person at the districts main office)
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly support, consult, and collaborate with staff regarding students behavioral goals and IEP implementation
• Provide expert guidance in both inclusion and substantially separate classroom settings
• Engage with educators and related service providers to develop and monitor student plans
• Collect and analyze student data to inform decision-making
• Participate in ongoing team meetings and professional development activities
