Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree and current BCBA certification are required.

• Strong skills in behavior analysis, program development, and data collection.

What Youll Do:

• Serve as the on-site BCBA for a diverse student caseload ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Develop, implement, and modify behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, related service providers, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes.
• Oversee and supervise a fellow contractor, providing mentorship and ensuring fidelity of behavioral programming.
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and maintain thorough documentation.
• Deliver training and consultation for staff on behavioral strategies and best practices.
