Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to monitor progress.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
Provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district policies.
Active BCBA certification.
Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff.
