BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in the Fayetteville, NC school district. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support student success.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to monitor progress.

• Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral outcomes.

• Provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district policies.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification.

• Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff.
