As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, your expertise will be instrumental in helping educators and students succeed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and active Colorado BCBA license, along with CDE credentials
  • Proven experience in school-based behavioral analysis, ideally supporting K-12 populations
  • Strong understanding of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Prior experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate with diverse school staff and offer expert guidance
  • In-person availability and commitment to being onsite at designated school sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide district-wide behavioral support, especially within the behavior and autism programs
  • Oversee behavioral interventions, conduct FBAs, and develop or enhance BIPs for students across grade levels
  • Offer professional guidance and support to teachers and building staff in best practices for behavioral support
  • Supervise two RBTs, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based implementation of interventions
  • Maintain clear documentation and contribute to the development of positive, inclusive educational climates
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tailor interventions and monitor their effectiveness
