Schedule: 35 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday
Contract Dates: August 18, 2025 – May 27, 2026


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students district-wide (K–12) in Gages Lake, Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite-only position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with a variety of behavioral, developmental, and academic needs.

The selected BCBA will collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans and promote positive behavioral strategies in diverse classroom settings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Support classroom teams in implementing behavioral supports and tracking data

  • Provide staff training on evidence-based behavior strategies and interventions

  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed

  • Collaborate closely with educators, IEP teams, and parents across the district


Caseload Details:

  • K–12 student population across multiple school sites

  • Focus on supporting students with autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other special education needs

  • Provide district-wide consultation and direct support


Requirements:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsement

  • Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and data analysis skills
