A respected district is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time contract role serving K-12 students through June 2027. Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in a relevant field and current BCBA certification required
• Strong background working with children, especially those with disabilities
• Prior hands-on experience supporting children with autism is highly preferred
• Skilled in behavioral assessment, intervention, and program development
• Confident supervising and mentoring fellow behavioral health professionals
• Ability to communicate clearly with students, staff, and families
• Organized and adaptable, thriving in dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavior assessments and create data-driven intervention plans
• Oversee the progress and well-being of a diverse K-12 caseload
• Provide support, training, and supervision to a dedicated onsite contractor
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and family members
• Deliver staff professional development and model evidence-based strategies
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP processes as needed
• Remain current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis

This position is onsite and follows traditional school hours, offering the meaningful routine of a MondayFriday, 37.5-hour workweek. Youll play a critical role in helping students reach their fullest potential in a supportive educational community.
