Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Greeley, CO

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active BCBA certification
• Valid Colorado state BCBA license and Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credentials
• Experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral settings strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary school teams
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Must be able to work onsite across multiple K-12 locations

Role Highlights:

• Provide district-wide BCBA support to educational staff, focusing on behavior and autism programs
