Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school district located in Hackensack, NJ.

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite role

• School-based setting providing behavioral services, consultation, and staff training

• Caseload information will be provided during the district interview

Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Valid New Jersey Department of Education certification as a Behaviorist or applicable Educational Services license

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Fingerprinting and background check clearance as required by NJ DOE

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred

• Experience developing and implementing FBAs, BIPs, and providing staff consultation

• Strong communication, organizational, and data analysis skills
