Dates: August 2025 – June 2026
Caseload: 2–22-year-old | Full Time: Monday-Friday
Job Details:
  • Conducting assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders and difficulties.
  • Providing direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • De-escalation, participate as part of a crisis team, complete Functional Behavioral Assessments, complete Behavior Support Plans as appropriate, collaborate on behavior goals for IEP’s, support data collection, support school staff and students with needs related to behavior
  • Participating in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and providing input regarding students' communication needs.
Qualifications:
  • State BCBA License required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred. Experience working with children preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals.
