In this contract opportunity, you'll serve as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, working onsite to make a direct impact. Your expertise will be called upon to assess, strategize, and collaborate throughout various school sites, ensuring both general and special education students have access to comprehensive behavioral support.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Texas is required.
  • School-based experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated skill in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Background in providing staff training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Flexibility to travel between assigned school locations based on district needs.
  • Candidates must complete TEA fingerprinting if not previously processed for a Texas public school district; clearance must be obtained before start date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments for both general education and special education students to address disproportionality and provide targeted intervention plans.
  • Collaboratively develop, write, and implement individualized behavioral plans.
  • Offer ongoing staff development and training, supporting teachers and paraprofessionals in evidence-based behavior management strategies.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing coaching and guidance.
  • Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary teams as needed.
