Role Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification and eligibility to practice in the state of Florida

• Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and data-driven interventions

• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred

• Ability to pass all background checks required by Florida law and school districts

Position Details:

• Location: Public school districts across Florida – both coastal and inland options available

• Schedule: Full-time roles with consistent Monday–Friday hours

• Employment Type: W-2 contract through the 2025–2026 academic year

• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay with weekly direct deposit

• Contract Renewal: High potential for multi-year placements based on performance
