Active BCBA certification and eligibility to practice in the state of Florida
Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and data-driven interventions
Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
Ability to pass all background checks required by Florida law and school districts
Location: Public school districts across Florida – both coastal and inland options available
Schedule: Full-time roles with consistent Monday–Friday hours
Employment Type: W-2 contract through the 2025–2026 academic year
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay with weekly direct deposit
Contract Renewal: High potential for multi-year placements based on performance
