Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Jacksonville, FL

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time role working directly with students, teachers, and families to implement behavior interventions and promote student success. Both local and travel candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation Packages

Local Candidates (Jacksonville area):

  • Hourly pay range: $52–$60/hr

  • Full-time school-based schedule

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit

Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment):

  • Equivalent take-home pay: $64–$70/hr

  • Weekly pay ranges: $1,732–$1,889

  • Compensation includes a low taxable hourly rate plus tax-free housing and meal stipends

  • Support with travel logistics and relocation provided

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs (Functional Behavior Assessments) and develop individualized BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans)

  • Provide training and consultation for teachers, staff, and families

  • Supervise and support implementation of behavior strategies in the classroom

  • Collect data and monitor student progress

  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field

  • Active BCBA certification required

  • Eligible for Florida licensure or credentials (if applicable)

  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to meet school district onboarding and background requirements
